The Dance Lab has arrived in St. Charles.
Veteran dance instructor Brittni Nicole Thorne — who founded the new studio — brings over 15 years of teaching experience along with a competitive dance background and personal training expertise.
Her passion is empowering students through the art of dance.
"From the moment they step into the studio to their breakthroughs on the dance floor, it is an indescribable feeling to see students' confidence soar and their love for dance blossom," said Thorne. "I aim to create a nurturing environment where people feel comfortable exploring creativity and self-expression."
At the heart of The Dance Lab are its ballroom and Latin dance classes. Private lessons allow couples and individuals to receive personalized coaching as they prepare for weddings, special events, or simply learn new styles like waltz, salsa, and cha-cha. Lively group classes offer a fun, social experience for all levels.
The studio caters to the young and young-at-heart with children's group classes that teach coordination and teamwork through dance for ages 6-12. Older adults can boost fitness through dance while meeting new friends.
In addition to classes, The Dance Lab's spacious studio is available for private event rentals like birthday parties and anniversaries.
They’re currently offering introductory specials on wedding consultations and private/group lessons. So whether you have two left feet or dream of cha-cha-ing across a ballroom floor, know you’ll be welcomed at The Dance Lab.
The studio is located at 201 South 3rd Street in St. Charles. More information can be found on their website.
