The center will host Age Related Eye Diseases and Conditions on Wednesday, April 16. This program, sponsored by the Geneva Eye Clinic, will cover eye conditions that commonly develop as part of the aging process. Among these are age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. Attendees will learn important information about the causes, symptoms and impacts these conditions have on daily life. This program will take place from 1 to 2 p.m.

“During these more intimate presentations, folks can have their questions answered and can walk away with a plethora of information,” said Lynne Yuill, supervisor for the center.

Yuill works with physicians, nurse practitioners, and chiropractors in the community who volunteer their time to speak on medical topics that affect a primarily older population.
